2014 season: <p>

Through 38 games,I am 18-20 against the spread, but I can't seem to buy any luck, because I've missed picks in the last minute in EIGHT games, after Michigan State scored in the final minute to beat Baylor and Houston made a miraculous 4th quarter comeback to edge Pitt. I have had NO WINS in the final minute.  Really unbelievable.  If I lose only FOUR of those games, my overall record is a decent 18-15. {{SIGH}} <p>

Note: I was 1-2 this week.  Not good, but I am due for a good week. But, I really didn't feel very good about these, so I just should have passed. <p>

I was 2-1 for the official picks last week, as Maryland defeated Penn State straight up, and Miami blasted UNC.<p>

It's a good thing I had no official picks. <p>

I was 2-2-1 on the picks this week.  I am due for another great week (I hope).<p>

A little scary, because I'm liking all favorites.  These are tentative, but if they are still listed on Saturday morning, they become "official":<p>

I was 0-3 on the official ones, but I got the T.C.U. one correct.<p>

I am very tempted to take T.C.U. +7½ at BAYLOR. Perhaps I should just list it as a "maybe" ...<p>
